Finding the Area of a Trapezium

This lesson plan aims to provide students with multiple entry points for learning the area of a trapezium. Rather than giving students an area formula to memorise, apply and calculate, this lesson includes more open-ended questions. These questions allow students to take different approaches to find the area of a trapezium by themselves.
